Hi! I’m Kristen, intrepid Baker at Swift Planet Bakes. I make gluten-free and gluten-free vegan English Muffins (affectionately called moofins) in my licensed, throwback kitchen in Shelburne, Vermont. Everything I make is in pursuit of better baking. Thanks for lending your tastebuds to the quest!
All the joy, none of the gluten. Made with our own gluten-free flour blend, Swift Planet Bake’s gluten-free English Muffins are tall, rich, and slightly nutty. Best enjoyed fork-split, toasted, and slathered in your favorite toppings. Order in the Shop today!
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch), Milk, Water, Eggs, Baking Powder, Sugar, Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Gluten-Free Flaxseed, Gluten-Free Cornmeal, Salt
Contains milk and eggs; while separated and sanitized, made in a kitchen that also uses wheat products. Recommended five-day freeze-by, written on each package.
What makes Swift Planet Bakes gluten-free? Using gluten-free certified ingredients. Baking with designated gluten-free tools and equipment. Testing to verify the English muffins contain less than 10 ppm gluten. The FDA asks for less than 20 ppm to be considered gluten-free, so I aim for even less.
It's pretty simple: I bake to order on Mondays and Thursdays. I deliver locally on Tuesdays and Fridays. I ship nationally on Tuesdays and Fridays, sending tracking the same day. Schedule local pick-up at Great Harvest Bread Burlington for Tuesdays and Fridays. Get on the next baking day by ordering before noon on Sundays or Wednesdays, and reach out with a custom request if you need your goodies by a specific date.
